This Copyright Assignment (the Agreement) is made and effective on June 26, 2019

AND: 2Success, Inc. (the Assignee), a corporation organized and exiting under the laws of City of Makati. Metro Manila, Philippines with business address at Philamlife Tower, 1226, 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Makati, 1227 Metro Manila
FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, the Assignor, as copyright holder, hereby grants permission to the Assignee to print and distribute limited copies of the following material:
Stepback School of Leadership Workbook
This material shall be used exclusively in the following manner:
- Training material for team leaders organized by the Assignee from July to August 2019
- Workbook for exclusive use of the registered participants during the duration of the training
- No further reproduction or re-usage unless otherwise given another permission
A credit line to acknowledge use of the material is required and shall read as follows:
